- Which countries can I be a partner from?
- We work with partners from the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. We are expanding to more territories: if yours is not on the list, write to us and we will look into it.
- And my clients' stores, where can they be?
- The same: for now, stores in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. The store works the same wherever it is, but we would rather not commit to support or billing in territories we do not cover yet.
- How much is paid, and for how long?
- 20% of every subscription, every month and for life: as long as that store keeps using Trackfinite, you keep getting paid. It is not a one-off payment for bringing the client, and there is no limit on time or on the number of stores.
- Does it cost my client more to come through me?
- No. Your client pays exactly the same as if they came on their own: the tier is set by their order volume and nothing else. Your commission comes out of our side.
- Who can be a partner?
- Agencies, freelancers and e-commerce consultants who work with WooCommerce stores. You do not need a minimum number of clients to start.
- Do I have to provide the support?
- No. We are there for the demos and for getting each store up and running. You bring the relationship with the client; we bring the product and the support.
- How do I start?
- Write to us from the form, ticking that you are interested in the partner program, or book a 30-minute call. We are in beta, so your clients come in with the 3 months free.
